February 8, 2012 - Activity Check! This check is mandatory for all members. Please respond or there is a chance of your accounts being deleted. Guidelines for the check are included along with a form for our members to use HERE. We sincerely hope members took advantage of the warning we offered about the check approaching, the suggestions for getting active and the listed requirements made in the announcement HERE . If you have not been able to fill the requirements for a character please first see the guidelines for exceptions listed in the activity check information and if you feel that you qualify to be offered one then contact our administrator GRIM via PM with your reasons. All exceptions are subject to admin approval and can be denied.

January 25. 2012 -Updates and Two Months! First of all, hoorah! Two months and going strong, congrats to WGD. Also congrats to Miss Nia for joining our moderation team. She's our official one-woman welcome wagon. There is an update up with some rule changes and a warning about the next activity check. Please check it out. We're also looking for some want ads and some questions for the up and coming FAQ that needs writing. The Thread Roulette sign-ups are up. Annnnnnnd.. I think thats it.

and an Activity Check First and foremost, congrats to Dan F. for accepting a position on our team as a moderator. He's a great asset to WGD and we look forward to what he can bring to the table. Use him! Just don't abuse him. We'll slap you for it. Now. As you may have noticed - an activity check is up. IT IS MANDATORY. All members must respond to it or there is a chance of your accounts being deleted. Please don't make us do that. We like you all and want to keep you, but we want to clean out the dead bodies so we can get advertising again and get new blood into WGD. As for other updates: there is now an added statistic on the sidebar that shows how the allegiances are going in WGD. If you are interested in helping them keep more even(ish) then consider making a character to help with the gap. Also, settings will be posted in the near future as well as a thread for wanted ads for those members who wish to have full ads (rather then just in their plot pages) for specific characters. If you wish to post one, you will be working with Grim to make this happen. The info for it will be in the thread when it's posted, so keep an eye out! ALSO! Please help us out by making sure that all information on the who's who and faceclaim list are current to your characters. We appreciate it!

December 24, 2011 - Low-Fi Skin As you might have noticed, there is new yellow bar at the top of the board mentioning a new low-fi skin. If you are having trouble loading the website due to the javascript on the page, (and need some help changing your skin) let us know! We have a secondary skin available that has fewer of the bells and whistles as the default one (but still looks pretty darn close to the default) and it might work better for your particular browser. AND it's really easy for an admin to switch you to it if you can't figure out how to do it yourself. We're here to help!

December 22, 2011 - Christmas Time Notes Obviously, its that time of year again! We understand that it gets busy with offline obligations at the end of the year around Christmas and the very start of the New Year, so because of the impending holidays we are going to give everyone a little leeway when it comes to reservations for characters & face claims. Instead of reservations expiring after the normal two weeks (if that date falls within the middle of the holiday season) reservations will be extended until at least January 6th. (Please do not abuse this with a dozen different reservations at once!) On that date (1/6/12), any old reservations will be deleted and freed up for adoption, unless they have been extended again upon request of the person wishing to reserve them and/or an application is posted as at least a WorkInProgress and has been recently worked on. We don't want anyone to miss out on the characters they wish to adopt, but we want to be fair to any new members coming in after the winter holidays are over.

December 19, 2011 - New Announcement Two new changes are up (one about two new dominions and one about the member group changes) and detailed in the announcement found here so please make sure to check it out! Also, please note: as dominions are created and put up to be used, if any of them might suit your character better then their current ones - please feel free to contact an admin as soon as possible.

December 17, 2011 - Happy Holidays! WGD has been doing GREAT and we can't be happier. Oh and hey, look! New skin! There are a few little things that need tweeking but I (Mo) went ahead and applied to everyone for now because its so close to done!
